Project Profile: Olivia’s Café – 3D modeling (Old Key West Resort)

Project Size: 2000 sf kitchen expansion, 1000 sf interior seating,
500 sf outdoor canopy.

Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL

Objective:
Provide additional  indoor and outdoor seating for private parties.  Addition was required to be fully integrated as if part of original design and construction.  Existing outdoor seating was enclosed for additional interior restaurant area.  Renovated commercial kitchen to provide revised cook line, coolers, freezers and offices.

Project Approach:
Project was phased to minimize required downtime of kitchen.  Back of Houe expansion was completed prior to renovating kitchen cook line.  Kitchen was down for only 1 week.

The canopy was designed in 3D Autocad  for spatial analysis and upper management presentation.
